Submitting your entry

As we enter the final week for Queen’s Awards submissions and with entries flying in left, right and centre, many businesses are seeking peace of mind that their Queen's Awards entries have been successfully received. And with the time and hard work that goes into putting together a strong entry, quite rightly so!

When you are happy with your form - Simply click 'submit' and check your inbox for confirmation from The Queen’s Awards Office of your reference number (beginning ‘QA’) – if you don’t receive this shortly after submitting, please call us on 0207 215 6880 promptly.

Please be aware that as this is an extremely busy period for the team, the Queen's Awards Office is not able to give verbal confirmation that an entry has been successfully received. However, you can rest easy with the knowledge that your Queen's Awards unique reference number is all the confirmation you need, to verify that we have received your entry.

Also, those planning to submit their entries on Monday (30 September) - We would like to make you aware that the Queen’s Awards helpline closes at 5pm and that last year we had such a large volume of submissions on the final day that our systems crashed and many companies were sent rather worrying error messages. Thankfully all entries went through that day, but without anyone in the office after hours to reassure those unaware of this fact, some entrants were left in limbo until the office opened the following day.

Now we try not to nag too much but we really do urge anyone who is in the process of completing their form to make sure that they submit their entry before the closing date, as there is no extension to the deadline for entries under any circumstances.

Oh and as this may be the last chance I have to say it - best of luck to everyone entering this year!
